New Team CVG Member: Bizarro_Toro

It is my privilege to announce our latest Team CVG member, Bizarro_Toro!

I have known Bizarro_Toro now for almost a year and think quite highly of him and I'm beyond happy to now announce he is a formal Team CVG member. His work is amazing, as evidenced by Steel (my personal pick for 2009 Character of the Year) But what stands out to me above his awesome work, is his qualities as a person...he is one of the nicest people I have met in all of Mugen.

So even though he has been a forum member for awhile, please give him a warm welcome to his change in Team status here.

This is his latest WIP. This is very new but he'll open up an official WIP topic when he has more to show, but you are more than welcome to discuss possible ideas here now, who knows, perhaps he'll take notice of what you said. But be sure to welcome him first before doing so.
