Member Tutorial (and help w/CVG little known features)
on: May 25, 2010, 11:15:58 AM
Welcome to CVG

I'd first like to thank any new members as this message will be sent directly to their PM box when they login in for the first time. If you need help on general SMF forum usage, go here: General SMF forum help

Another reason for this topic is to maybe orient some of our other CVG community members with some features they may not necessarily know about.

Any underlined hyperlinks will take you to the appropriate reference points throughout the forum.

The first thing you need to know:
- We don't care about double posting, triple posting, etc!!
- We don't care about necro-bumping topics. For more info on that, go here: Rule Clarification: Necrobumping and WIP topics
- Respect your fellow community members at all times...especially the admins and Team CVG members as we work hard to try and make this one of the best Mugen communities around...especially when it comes to Comic Mugen.
...For more on the rules: CVG Forum Rules

Regarding Feedback here at CVG
Feedback is not only welcome at CVG, it is encouraged. And we thank all of you who have taken the time and effort to do so.

But there are a few things to remember when it comes to it:
- At no time does that give you the excuse to insult our community or our members when you do so. We have a rule about respect at all times and we expect all of our members to follow it. Not following it will result in various forms of moderation depending on the case at hand. We do this because there are people who place a priority on stirring up drama ahead of providing the facts needed for feedback/improvement.
- Authors/creators are not obligated to make those adjustments on feedback in any specific timeframe. Updates are made on *their* time, not yours.
...If you would like to discuss that, you can do so here: Regarding Feedback at CVG
